Palms Australia’s Jubilee celebrations continue with events in Orange, Wagga Wagga and Bathurst. These events follow appeals and talks held in Rockhampton and Townsville, with Palms’ staff and returned volunteers speaking at schools, churches and other public events.
Since 1961, Palms Australia has sent over 1400 volunteers to work to reduce global poverty. The value of this work is over $200 million in expertise donated. Now is the time to celebrate the contributions of so many wonderful volunteers.
If you’re in or near Orange, Bathurst or Wagga Wagga you’re invited to join in Palms’ 50th Jubilee celebrations.
Wagga Wagga Diocese is holding an Appeal Weekend on 6-7 August.
Bathurst Diocese holds its Appeal Weekend on 13-14 August.
