Australia's most professional and comprehensive cross-cultural preparation course.
Compulsory for all departing Palms' volunteers, this course has also been used by numerous other development, volunteering and church agencies to prepare people for cross-cultural work.
With units on health, culture and development, presented by expert facilitators, this course uses a variety of hands-on and theoretical tools to provide a framework essential for cross-cultural workers seeking to avoid damaging and "colonising" relationships.
