Palms Australia is seeking a Physiotherapist to work in a rural Ugandan hospital.

The volunteer will work with a local Occupational Therapist and also the training of a junior member of staff from the hospital.

Initially established as a leprosy treatment centre, the hospital still maintains significant expertise in leprosy and treats and trains people from across Uganda and neighbouring countries such as Kenya. In addition to its leprosy expertise the hospital also provides services to the people of the area.
